There’s only a week to go until the start of our #MillionMileMission for the 2021 Great British Spring Clean. We are delighted that 737,905 Miles have already been pledged.
But there is still work to do to achieve our ambitious goal and clean up a million miles of streets, parks, beaches, and roads.
Do you want to support the UK’s biggest mass action environmental campaign? Here’s how:
Pledge to take part
Help us go the extra mile (or 262,095 miles, to be precise!) by making a simple pledge.
Your pledge lets us know how many minutes you’ll clean up for during the #GBSpringClean (28 May – 13 June 2021). We'll convert those minutes to miles with the hope that, come summer, we can all enjoy a cleaner, greener, litter-free environment.
You can pledge as an individual or group, ensuring you follow the latest Covid-19 guidance about group gatherings outdoors.
Help us fundraise
As an independent charity, Keep Britain Tidy relies on donations from businesses and individuals to fund research into changing littering behaviour, effective policy and infrastructure, educating future generations, and campaigning for change.
We know that not everyone is able to litter-pick, but if you still want to support us, you can donate to Keep Britain Tidy today. Just £30 of fundraising could be used to provide a school with educational resources as part of our Eco-Schools programme, or fund equipment and training for our year-round environmental improvement programmes.
