The Court’s decision to hear this case at all is a major red flag for abortion rights Indivisibles,
Roe v. Wade is under attack. Again.
The Supreme Court has agreed to hear a case from Mississippi that could further dismantle reproductive health care protections that have been in place since the 70s -- and with a 6-3 conservative supermajority on the bench, this is a major threat to reproductive justice for all.
Make no mistake: the Court’s decision to hear this case at all is a major red flag for abortion rights. And unfortunately, this latest attack is part of the longer list of civil and constitutional rights that far-right conservatives are fighting to roll back -- in addition to the Mississippi abortion ban case, we’re expecting major decisions on things like voting rights, health care, LGBTQ rights, and more in just the next few months. We need to accomplish serious court reform -- and we don’t have much time left to make it happen.
Our $710,000 democracy reform plan aims to do just that, so we can protect and expand the rights of the people. And it’s going to take all of us -- calling our members of Congress, hosting events, writing letters, and more -- to make sure these crucial reforms get enacted.
We need your help to do it. Click here to donate $10 to fund democracy reform, protect Roe and critical civil rights, win progressive policies, and support all our work.

History tells us that we don’t have much longer to accomplish massive reforms while the Democratic trifecta remains in place. And there are a lot of key wins we need to seize before our time’s up. Indivisibles have shown us, again and again, that you’re up to the task -- so we’re glad you’re here and we’re grateful for all the support you give.
In solidarity, Indivisible Team
