Now more than ever, mental health is a vital part of our overall health and well-being. That’s why health, including mental health, is a key area in MC2026, our new five-year plan for Mighty Change. 

Mental Health Awareness Month is the perfect opportunity to pause, reflect and practice self-care. Whether you choose to take a walk, read a book or volunteer, self-care can boost your mood and lower your stress. Local food banks and community gardens have remained opened during COVID-19 and are in need of volunteers like you.
