I’ll be honest — with so much going on in the world, and in our city, I hadn’t been paying that much attention to the Comptroller’s race. OK, I’ll get even more honest — I didn’t even know what a “Comptroller” was.

But when a friend of mine told me about Brad, his history of fighting for all New Yorkers, and his progressive policies to help our city recover with justice and equity — well, I started paying attention.

But when I started talking to my friends about Brad, I realized many of us still didn’t exactly know what a Comptroller was — so we got together, and decided to find out.

Now that we’ve learned what a Comptroller is, we’re all in for Brad, and proud to be on #TeamLander.

John, all the polls are showing that 50% of voters don’t know who they are voting for Comptroller (probably because they, like us, don’t know what the office does!).
