❌ McConnell can block democratic reforms, like D.C. statehood
❌ McConnell can block common sense gun reform, like universal background checks

So Democrats like Elizabeth Warren are demanding we abolish the filibuster to pass President Biden’s progressive agenda immediately:

Warren -- Unless we take action in Washington to ensure the right to vote, states will keep passing racist voter suppression laws. We need to pass the John Lewis Voting Rights Act. If that means ending the filibuster, so be it.
