Hey John,

This pandemic has underscored the need for paid leave so all Americans have financial security when starting a family or caring for a loved one. Colin knows this firsthand. But we want to know what you think: Should Congress pass paid family leave?

John, everyone will need time off work at some point to be with their family, which is why this issue is so important, and it’s time for men to shatter the myth that paid parental leave is only beneficial for mothers.

There are significant benefits to the child, to the mother and to parental relationships when you’re able to be there with your partner and newborn in those crucial first weeks. And men taking paternity leave also promotes equality for working moms.

We’re so proud that Colin is leading the charge on this critical issue and is working to ensure that all Americans have the ability to be with their family in these important moments.
