Now, the Granite State GOP is openly plotting the ouster of Rep. Chris Pappas (D-N.H.), experimenting with new maps that pack his district with red towns and shove blue pockets into the seat next door."
Republicans are openly plotting to gerrymander Chris's district in order to gain one of the five seats they need to take back the House majority.
