Learn how mindfulness can provide wellbeing, efficiency and build the foundation for successful remote working. Backed by scientific research, mindfulness and breathing techniques can provide a healthy work-life balance, and improve focus and concentration in your day to day activities. During this presentation, Kara will provide tips, resources, and exercises for you to experience the benefits of mindfulness firsthand, and provide you with the tools to incorporate this into your self-care while working from home. Kara has been practicing holistic wellness ever since she fell in love with yoga in 2014. She is a certified yoga instructor and seizes any opportunity she can to share the benefits and joy it has brought her. After searching to increase her mindfulness and improve her wellness, Kara found Reiki. Reiki is the art of channeling energy into the patient via touch.
