Hoosiers should be proud of Indiana, especially how we were able to weather the storm of the Covid-19 pandemic. While many states are struggling to recover from economic downturns caused by the virus, Indiana is THRIVING thanks to competent conservative leadership.
Under Governor Eric Holcomb and other Republican leaders in the state, Indiana had yet another year of record-breaking economic growth and job development.
In fact, Indiana’s unemployment is almost back to the pre-pandemic record low and we have more Hoosiers in the workforce today than we did before the pandemic hit.
But, under Governor Holcomb and Republican leaders, we aren’t taking our foot off the gas. That’s why we’re adding $10 million per year for manufacturing readiness grants. Indiana is #1 in manufacturing in the country per capita, and we are paving the path for even more jobs for Hoosiers.
We also invested in broadband expansion, especially in our rural areas, to make sure that every citizen has access to education and work-at-home opportunities.
But while Republicans have been hard at work making Indiana one of the top places in the country to live, work, and play, the Democrats have been setting their sights on us. They cannot stand that we’re doing so well under commonsense, conservative leadership, and they’ll do anything to stop us from showing the rest of America how it is done.
The coastal elites want nothing more than to bring a blue wave to the heartland, and they’re starting with Indiana. We need to make sure that we have the resources in place to fight back against their attacks and spread the truth about what effective leadership looks like.
