Message from the President
Dear John,

What a difference a year can make! From contentious politics to a global pandemic, we will always remember 2020 as a year that challenged all conventions and introduced many changes into our lives.

As the academic year comes to a close, I am thrilled to share our 2020 Annual Report with you. The report is full of stories about our progress in civic education at all levels — from K-12 to college— and what's ahead for our next chapter of growth.

The demand for quality civic education is strong. Our network of educators grows. Our faculty partners on college campuses have already taught over one million students. Our K-12 teacher education programs are growing by leaps and bounds.

But that is just the beginning. We have major plans for expanding both programs to new cities and states over the next five years.

To accomplish this, we have initiated a 5-year, $50 million dollar fundraising campaign.

I am grateful to you for joining us in this mission to educate young citizens about our nation so that they may carry our founding principles forward.

Thank you, John. Your support is creating real change in the classroom.

Onward,
Michael Andrews, PhD
President
