John -- Did you see what Mitch McConnell had to say about the For the People Act?

The For the People Act is one of the most expansive and needed pieces of voting rights legislation in decades, so it's no wonder that McConnell is attacking it with “Supreme Court fight fervor.” After all, he and his party are used to winning majorities thanks to gerrymandering and voter suppression alone!
But if Republican politicians have to stop manipulating the maps and designing schemes to make it harder to vote, they'll either start losing elections or be forced to put voters ahead of their special interest donors -- and let's be real, they're not abandoning their donors any time soon.
That's why it's crucial that we fight back against McConnell and his Republican allies' attempts to obstruct the For the People Act. If we don't take this chance to secure our democracy, we could end up losing it for good. Republicans could even use this year's redistricting process to take control of the House through gerrymandering alone!
