My name is Lizbeth Caceres. I work at the
McDonald's at the Pentagon and I’m a proud member of Our
Revolution.

Since 2013, I’ve walked out on strike dozens of times with the
support of Sen. Bernie Sanders. Because we stood up, McDonald's
raised my pay from $7.25 to $11.50 an hour, but that’s still not
enough to survive and support my family.

That’s why Our Revolution is once again joining with striking
fast food workers across the country to call on McDonald’s to
raise wages to $15 an hour.

From coast to coast, Our Revolution members are on the
frontlines of the fight to get workers like me the wages and
benefits we deserve. Will you chip in now to help fund our
campaign to demand that McDonald's, the nation's largest
restaurant employer, stop poverty wages and pay $15 to all

Not only does McDonald’s pay us poverty wages — but it also fails
to give us healthcare. As a result, I have to rely on Medicaid
and other public assistance programs to make ends meet.

This is unacceptable. As Bernie says — “No one who works
full-time should live in poverty.”

That’s why Our Revolution is committed to standing with low-wage
workers and taking on greedy corporations like McDonald's.
