John,

With the future of Roe v. Wade hanging in the balance, the work we do to help pro-choice champions couldn’t be more urgent than this moment we find ourselves in right now.

I know Sara shared our goal of raising $10,000 in seven days to help us meet the demands of this moment, but right now we’re still $7,512 short. Can you make a contribution today to help us close that gap? ([link removed])

By donating today, you’ll help us send the message that we can’t and won’t go back.

In solidarity,
Heidi L. Sieck

John,

News broke this morning that the Supreme Court has agreed to hear a case challenging Roe v. Wade.

For decades, anti-choice legislators have been working toward this moment. Passing a flurry of abortion bans, steadily chipping away at access and affordability of reproductive health care.

This moment is different. Instead of dismantling access to reproductive freedom through restrictions and funding, this decision would entirely overturn the protections of Roe v. Wade.

The Supreme Court — which Trump and Mitch McConnell stacked with anti-abortion judges, could overturn Roe v. Wade as soon as next June.

We have to fight harder. It’s now more important than ever to expand our work of electing prochoice candidates in every election. For over five years, #VOTEPROCHOICE has been focused on electing judges, district attorneys, and state-level candidates who will protect our rights in a post-Roe world, especially in states where reproductive freedom is under attack.

We’ve set a goal of raising $10,000 in the next seven days to double down on electing dozens of prochoice candidates in upcoming state and local elections. Can you help us raise the resources to elect prochoice champions across the country? ([link removed])

The case now being considered, Dobbs v. Jackson Women’s Health, is a challenge to Mississippi’s 15-week abortion ban passed in 2018 by the Mississippi state legislature. If the Supreme Court upholds this ban, it effectively greenlights total abortion bans. State-level, anti-choice leaders anywhere are a threat to our collective reproductive freedom. We can’t let them win.

Let us be clear: This case is an ominous sign for reproductive rights that the anti-abortion activists have been fighting for decades. We can’t and won’t go back.

We need to do everything we can to fight back — can you help us meet our critical $10,000 goal with a contribution today? ([link removed])

Thank you for standing with us,
Sara
