[1]Women's March

This is extremely alarming,
John. Our reproductive freedom is
under full-blown assault right now — we’re witnessing an unprecedented
number of attacks to dismantle Roe v. Wade.

Here’s how it started: During the Trump administration, Mitch McConnell
and Trump worked together to confirm three conservative Justices to the
Supreme Court and appoint hundreds of anti-abortion judges on the federal
and circuit courts.

Their anti-abortion movement continues to grow: Last week alone, the
governors of SEVEN states signed laws that restrict or defy abortion
rights under Roe v. Wade.

Then this week, the Supreme Court announced that they’re hearing an
abortion case concerning a controversial Mississippi law that bans most
abortions after just 15 weeks. This court case threatens the future
validity of Roe v. Wade and the reproductive rights we’ve fought hard to
protect. On top of all of this, today the Governor of Texas announced that
they’re banning abortions as early as six weeks, before many women know
they are pregnant.

That’s why we’re calling on the Biden-Harris administration to take
necessary action and codify Roe v. Wade into federal law. [ [link removed] ]Will you add
your name to tell the Biden-Harris administration that they must
immediately put an end to this constant assault against reproductive
freedom and ensure our rights under law?

Since day one, Republicans have not stopped trying to undermine
reproductive rights and overturn Roe v. Wade.

But when Trump was in office, he and Mitch McConnell focused on shaping a
lasting, effective strategy to reshape the federal judiciary and Supreme
Court so they can attempt to dismantle abortion rights at every level of
the courts.

It’s why we organized en masse to drive Trump out of office and block his
Supreme Court nominations for Brett Kavanaugh and Amy Barrett Coney.
Thousands of us showed up in front of the Supreme Court to protest their
confirmation. We succeeded in electing a new administration — but now we
need to make sure Joe Biden lives up to his promise to protect the rights
ensured to us by Roe v. Wade.

That’s why we’re asking Women’s Marchers from across the country to sign
our petition and represent support from their community to codify Roe v.
Wade into law. [ [link removed] ]Will you represent xxxxxx and add your name to
tell the Biden-Harris administration they need to protect Roe v. Wade now?

Together,

Women’s March

P.S. Women's Marchers fought to elect Joe Biden because he vowed to be a
pro-choice president — and now, it's time for him to make good on his word
by taking every action possible to codify the reproductive freedoms
protected under Roe v. Wade into law. [ [link removed] ]Please represent xxxxxx
by adding your name to tell the Biden-Harris administration they need to
protect Roe v. Wade right now.
