I'm the PCCC's student debt campaigner, and things have been busy!
In a recent interview on SiriusXM’s Politics Of The United States, after asking about my work with Beyoncé and in the Obama White House, the host asked about student debt cancellation, “Is this catching on with the persuadables, not just with those who are already with you?”
I said, it is catching on -- and here’s why.
Our country is supposed to be a country where everyone has equal opportunity and access to institutions like higher education and where we have achieved racial justice. So if we want to get one step closer to those goals, student debt cancellation needs to be at the forefront of our agenda.

Leaders like Senator Elizabeth Warren have been fighting for us in the halls of Congress to ensure every American does have a fair chance in this country.
But she can’t do it alone. That’s why I’m urging you to sign on to our petition and ask the White House to cancel student debt now.
