Hi Team,

I wanted to make sure that everyone is preparing for the big debate coming up next week. This needs to be all hands on deck.

Our communications team needs to be prepared to make the most of this moment and share our message with as many viewers as possible. I’ll need the field and political teams to get in touch with our supporters to organize watch parties and make sure everyone knows that the debate is Tuesday, May 25th at 7pm.

Most importantly, I need help from the finance team to raise $20,000 before debate night so we can pay for digital ads that will boost the best moments from the debate. That money will be crucial to ensuring that this debate is a big moment for the campaign.
