This 6-3 conservative Court was Mitch McConnell’s endgame when the GOP rammed through Donald Trump’s third Supreme Court justice right before the 2020 election, but his plan was years in the making.

McConnell denied Merrick Garland a hearing, stalled hundreds of President Obama’s judicial appointments, and radicalized the American judiciary with the confirmation of 234 Trump judges.

Now, we’re facing the gravest threat to abortion rights in generations, one that could take us back to the days before Roe when women and birthing people took unspeakable risks just to control their own bodies.
