Manny is one of the 27 DACA recipients who have fearlessly shared their stories on our Amicus Brief to be heard by the Supreme Court on November 12.

His story is the first on the first-of-its-kind visual Amicus Brief that we launched today. We’ve submitted these videos to the court to show them why we need DACA - because our #HomeIsHere. The series captures the journeys, struggles, and successes of United We Dream members from India, Pakistan, Nigeria, Mexico, and elsewhere who now live in Florida, Oregon, Illinois, Maryland, California, and across the nation. With DACA, Manny’s career has bloomed, allowing him to grow a fan base domestically and internationally- he even won a Grammy for the collaborative album American Dreamers: Voices of Hope, Music of Freedom. This has allowed Manny to look after his mom and younger siblings.

We need everyone to watch Manny’s powerful testament on how DACA radically changed the course of his life. We need voices from all across the country to call on the Supreme Court to do what’s right and protect DACA recipients and all immigrant communities. Share our videos. Share our stories.

Our #HomeIsHere.
