The GOP's wild lies about the 2020 election are growing more out of control by the day, and Donald Trump just added fuel to the fire.
Despite their conspiracies being disproved every day, and even after Merrick Garland's Justice Department said the GOP's tactics violate federal law, Trump and his GOP puppets are stopping at nothing to overturn the election.
On Saturday, Trump put out a statement saying “the entire Database of Maricopa county in Arizona has been DELETED!” Trump's unhinged statement forced Maricopa County election official Stephen Richer, a Republican himself, to call out Trump's lie as “as readily falsifiable as 2+2=5.”
Trump has proven time and time again that there is no bottom to his conspiracies and attempts to overthrow our democracy. But with Democrats in power, we have a real chance to pass the For the People Act and fight back against the GOP's attempts to undo the 2020 election.
