The Supreme Court announced yesterday that they would take up the case on Mississippi’s near-total abortion ban. Make no mistake, this case could be the one that overturns Roe v. Wade.

This is the moment we all feared when Amy Coney Barrett was confirmed by the Senate eight days before Election Day, creating a conservative supermajority on the court despite Justice Ginsburg’s dying wish.
