John,
We want to know what you are experiencing in the workplace!
The Women’s and Fair Practices Departments want to be better advocates for you! In partnership with our National Women’s Advisory Coordinators, National Fair Practices Affirmative Action Coordinators, and our Pride Workgroup, we have proudly created three confidential surveys to learn more about the union and workplace experiences of our disabled, women, and/or LGBTQIA+ members.
Do you identify as a woman? Click here to share your workplace experiences!
Do you have a disability? Click here to share your workplace experiences!
Are you part of the LGBTQIA+ community? Click here to share your workplace experiences!
The surveys above will ask about workplace safety, culture, programs and support systems. Members who identify with more than one of the identities listed above are encouraged to participate in all applicable surveys. Responses will be used to create future programs, trainings and outreach strategies.
Please note that responses will not be individually shared with anyone outside of the Women's and Fair Practices program team. We strive to create a safe space for all of our members and want to ensure that you and your identity are safe at the Women's and Fair Practices Departments. Survey responses are due by 5 PM EST May 31.
Questions, comments and concerns can be addressed to Women’s and Fair Practices Program Specialist Denver Supinger at [email protected].
Thank you for your time, dedication and activism.
In Solidarity,
Jeremy A. Lannan
National Vice President for Women’s and Fair Practices
