I’m sure you’ve already heard,
John. But the Supreme Court will soon take up a
case that it can use to overturn Roe v. Wade.

"Supreme Court to Hear Abortion Case Challenging Roe v. Wade"

— The New York Times

Let me be *really* clear here: A person’s right to an abortion is
non-negotiable. People should have control over their own bodies and their
own lives. Period.

Tbh it's ridiculous that in 2021, the GOP is really out here trying to
roll back the right to an abortion.

But if SCOTUS rules to uphold Mississippi's cruel 15-week abortion ban and
overturn Roe v. Wade, it will clear a path for many states to ban abortion
outright.

That’s why it’s *never* been more important to elect Democratic senators
who will support pro-choice judges and codifying Roe v.
Wade, John.

If I have the honor of serving in the U.S. Senate,
you know I will fight like hell for your right to an abortion.

Look, there are some things I consider to be core bedrock principles of
being a Democrat. As I have said many times before, Roe v. Wade is one of
them. That’s a litmus test I’m proud of.

Nothing should stand in the way of a person’s right to a safe, legal
abortion. We must protect what was enshrined in Roe v. Wade nearly 50
years ago. And we’ll have a fighting chance at that by electing Democratic
senators who will support pro-choice judges and codifying Roe v. Wade in
the Senate.

[ [link removed] ]Please consider making a donation to our campaign today. If you send
me to the U.S. Senate, I’ll do everything I can do preserve abortion
rights.

Thanks,

John
