The folks behind the audit of Arizona's 2020 election results are either refusing, or knowingly ignoring, reality. They want to suppress voters, and they're using this audit as a way to do that.

Spreading misinformation and lies will create negative consequences for our elections.

We unfortunately know all too well that a lie told often enough can damage our democracy. And while we can't get someone to retract a lie and make it disappear, we can fight to fortify our elections and bring power back to voters.

That starts with passing the For the People Act. There's a tough battle ahead to get this bill passed, but I know we can do it.
