Age has done nothing to slow down Nancy Simpson. At 71, she works as a personal trainer to help clients reach their goals with a positive attitude. But despite a lifetime of fitness training, nothing could have prepared her for what her doctor told her in February 2018:

Nancy had breast cancer.

October is Breast Cancer Awareness Month, a time for us to spread awareness about the disease that affects more than 3 million women in the U.S.
