Annual Conference Hospitality Boxes

As part of Annual Conference this year, each person that registers will receive a hospitality box. This box contains a couple of items that will be used throughout the Annual Conference session, as well as various other goodies. The boxes will be available for pick up at the district office on Tuesday, June 1 and Wednesday, June 2 from 9:00am - 12:00pm and 1:00pm - 4:00pm. These boxes will only be for people attending Annual Conference virtually. If you are attending in person, you will get your box at the registration table at the Expo Center.
In addition, if your church would be willing to serve as a satellite location for pickups for other churches in your area, please let me know. This would require someone to pick up the boxes from the district office and bring them back to your church for pick up by neighboring churches.
