Hello —

The Supreme Court just made the decision to hear a direct challenge to Roe v. Wade and Planned Parenthood v. Casey. The future of reproductive freedom and abortion rights could be in danger.

Never forget that Mitch McConnell and the Republicans rushed Justice Amy Coney Barrett’s nomination through just days before the 2020 election. That’s how they got their 6-3 conservative majority.

As the only senator to have worked at Planned Parenthood, take it from me: Women don’t need Donald Trump’s right-wing justices making health care decisions for them.

I will always fight to protect reproductive rights. That starts with demanding Congress pass the Women’s Health Protection Act to protect the right to safe and legal abortion, no matter what the Supreme Court decides. Sign your name if you agree:

More than 500 abortion restrictions have been introduced in state legislatures across the country since the start of the year. The goal was simple: pass abortion bans that could make their way up to the Supreme Court’s conservative majority and overturn Roe v. Wade.

Republicans got what they wanted. Now, we need to make our voices heard and demand Congress pass a law to protect reproductive freedom once and for all.

Thank you for taking action.
