Friends --

I'm excited to announce that we are expanding our Community Engagement team here at the Iowa Democratic Party! One of our key goals in organizing the First-in-the-Nation Iowa Caucuses is to increase access for folks who have not participated in the caucuses before.

We know that hiring more staff that are dedicated to this goal will go a long way toward making these caucuses successful -- but we need to raise another $5,000 to fully secure our funding for these important roles.

Can you make a donation today to help us close the funding gap so we can organize the most successful Iowa caucuses ever?

Here's a peek at the types of roles we're hiring for:

--Caucus Accessibility Director
--Caucus Accessibility Organizers
--Director of Labor and Veterans Engagement
--Director of Latinx & AAPI Community Engagement
--Director of African-American and First-American Community Engagement

We're confident that the addition of these positions, along with the strong grassroots organizing team we already have in place, will be a huge contribution to the success of the caucuses.

If we can close our $5,000 budget gap by the end of the week, we can start the process of bringing on these integral roles -- so please donate now.

Thanks!
Kevin
