Nina Turner, national co-chair of Bernie Sanders’ 2020 presidential campaign, is running for Congress in Ohio’s 11th District. It’s a special election, so the primary is coming up — August 3rd of THIS year.

With the race getting closer, Turner’s top challenger has a television ad that tries to paint her in a negative light. But really, the ad shows what makes Nina Turner a progressive fighter for the people, no matter what the Democratic establishment says.

The ad reads: “Nina Turner has been highly critical of President Joe Biden.” When the Democratic Party is not aligned with the needs and opinions of its voters, Nina won’t stay silent.
