Dear John,

Good news today from Washington! The U.S. Supreme Court has agreed to consider Mississippi's HB 1510, a powerful pro-life law. It will likely hear the case this fall and announce its decision next year ([link removed]) .

Americans United for Life will be speaking powerfully for the human right to life in this case. We've spent all day sketching out our strategy, putting in calls to our allies, and assembling an all-star team capable of helping persuade the Supreme Court to rule the right way.

I'm hopeful that you can chip in today to support our critical work. And I hope I can count on your support in the weeks and months to come as we work to defend Mississippi's important pro-life law ([link removed]) .

Mississippi’s defense of HB 1510 gives the Supreme Court the opportunity to finally rein in the Court’s extreme abortion doctrine, which, under the regime of Roe v. Wade, marks the U.S. as one of only seven nations across the globe that allow abortion for any reason after twenty weeks.

GIVE TO AMERICANS UNITED FOR LIFE ([link removed])

We ultimately want the Supreme Court to affirmatively end the violence and harm of abortion in America. Abortion culture kills. When a woman aborts, it is because she feels she has no other option. It is the opposite of choice. It makes us sick. It hurts our soul.

I am hopeful. I am encouraged. I am ready for change. The Supreme Court's decision to hear this Mississippi case is an important step toward rooting abortion out of American life. And that's why I'm asking for your support today and in the months to come. ([link removed]) Your support matters.

Thank you for your support today and every day. I'll be in touch as this case unfolds—and in the meantime, be sure to check out what I shared on Twitter ([link removed]) and our official statement on this case ([link removed]) .

For Life,
