Today, the Supreme Court agreed to hear a case from the state of Mississippi challenging the constitutional protections granted to women in Roe v. Wade. If successful, this case would upend decades of legal precedent, eviscerate Roe v. Wade, and allow all states the lawful authority to ban abortion procedures.
