WALTZ ON THE ROCKET ATTACKS IN ISRAEL

Mike kicked off the week on Tuesday by joining Fox News to discuss terrorists rocket fire in Jerusalem, saying:

“The Biden administration already agreed to give the Palestinian Authority (not the people), without any conditions. Without denouncing any terrorism. The End Result? No accountability on Hamas and the terrorism they are inflicting on Israel.”

WALTZ'S PAWS ACT

As a veteran, Mike understands how difficult it can be to return home from the battlefield with both visible and invisible wounds. Sadly, many of our brave service member's invisible wounds go untreated with an average of 22 veterans lost a day to suicide. Mike joined cosponsors of the PAWS Act last Friday to highlight this important legislation, saying:

"It's on us to ensure our veterans have access to a full menu of options to help them on the path to healing. That's why I'm proud the bipartisan PAWS Act PASSED in the House to help provide our veterans struggling with PTSD, depression and anxiety better access to service dogs."

WALTZ ON IRAN AND HAMAS

On Wednesday, Mike was on Fox News with Martha MacCallum to talk Biden's leadership, and the crisises in the Middle East, at our borders and with our gas pipelines. Mike started the interview with discussing his reaction to the crisis in the Middle East, saying:

"It's very clear that Israel is our ally and Hamas is a terrorist organization backed by Iran...shame on the Left for trying to make a moral equivalent between Hamas and our ally, Israel. Biden's response is to throw cash at the Iranian Regime & the Palestinians with a naive hope that everyone will get along.”

WALTZ ON BIDEN'S JIMMY CARTER MOMENT

In the same interview, Mike went on to discuss how Joe Biden is having a Jimmy Carter moment, explaining:

"We are across the board seeing Joe Biden's Jimmy Carter moment here. We have a crisis on the border, we have a crisis in the Middle East, we have a surrender in Afghanistan, we have gas lines for the first time since the 70s heading towards inflation, a labor crisis - this is Jimmy Carter all over again. And it's because the progressives and the left are in charge."

Then on Thursday, Mike joined Newsmax to talk more about the similarities between Biden and Carter. From the interview:

I think the parallels between Joe Biden and Jimmy Carter are very real, and dangerous. I can tell you from my perch in congress the administrations default reaction is to throw cash at their problems with no strings attached."

WALTZ CELEBRATING NATIONAL POLICE WEEK

Also on Thursday, Mike ended the week at the National Law Enforcement Memorial where he celebrate National Police week by honoring our fallen officers, saying:

“I am here honoring those brave men and women in Blue who we have lost in the line of duty. I especially want to mention former senior deputy Frank Scofield at the Volusia County Sheriff’s Office who we lost in 2019. We are laying this wreath in all of their honor but especially his.”
