John, here's the proof McDonald's can more than afford to pay $15/hr to every worker:

News article headline: "McDonald's CEO: Chain will do 'just fine' with higher wages"
News article headline: "McDonald's, Other CEOs Tell Investors $15 Minimum Wage Won't Hurt Business"

The McDonald's CEO said it himself this January: McDonald's would be "just fine" if the minimum wage went up.

So...why are they making announcements about "raises" for some workers in only 5% of their stores?

Because it's all marketing. And we call BS. McDonald's paid out billions to shareholders in 2020 and at the same time families like mine are on the brink of homelessness -- working full time and still not able to make ends meet.

That's why I'm going on STRIKE on Wednesday as McDonald's convenes its annual shareholders meeting, and I want you to hit the streets with me. Show your solidarity by attending an event near you this Wednesday, May 19 >> [[link removed]]

It's not easy or safe being a McDonald's worker. During the Covid pandemic, we have been on the frontlines -- often without masks or sick pay. And we've had to continue to put up with flat out violence on the job, as sexual harassment runs rampant at McDonald's and management fails to address the problem.

I know McDonald's isn't just gonna turn around and do the right thing unless we all turn up and demand that they give us $15 and a seat at the table.

We know that when we come together and make our demands, we win. It's how we've won $15 in states and DC and forced stores to provide protective equipment for workers on the frontlines of the pandemic.

It's time. Show you're part of this movement on Wednesday. [[link removed]]

Together, we'll rise up.
