The Supreme Court has just
agreed to consider a direct challenge to Roe v. Wade.

If the Court rules to authorize Mississippi's 15-week abortion ban, it
will overturn the central holdings of Roe – clearing a path for states to
effectively ban abortion outright.

This is *exactly* what Republicans envisioned when they prioritized
reshaping the Supreme Court over any progress for working families in
America.

Reproductive rights are human rights. But after decades of attacks from
the right, people are now at risk of losing the fundamental right to make
decisions about their bodies. The time to codify Roe v. Wade is long
overdue.
