Our primary is exactly one year from today — and a lot can happen in a year, John.

It’s been a tough year for families and workers across our Commonwealth and country as we have battled a public health crisis and shouldered its economic impact. But we also have plenty to be grateful for and reasons to be hopeful for the year ahead.

In the last year, we’ve also seen our country choose the strong leadership it deserves, which has helped put us on a stronger path. Not only have we put shots in arms and provided direct economic relief to businesses and families, we are also getting to the other side of this devastating pandemic and proposing bold steps to rebuild our infrastructure, invest in our care economy, and create good-paying union jobs.

But there is still so much work to be done, and it will take another strong U.S. Senator from Pennsylvania to expand the Senate majority so we can continue to build on our progress.

That’s why I am hopeful that over the next year, I will earn your support as the Democratic nominee for U.S. Senate. But from building our campaign staff and talking with voters, to preparing for divisive attacks from Trump Republicans, our campaign is counting on you to make sure we have the resources to get there.
