Friends,
Since 1973, the right to a safe, legal abortion has been constitutionally protected because of Roe v. Wade. But in recent years, abortion restrictions, legal challenges, and anti-choice judges have sent a clear message that reproductive rights are under attack.
And now, the Supreme Court is hearing a direct challenge to Roe v. Wade.
This is one of the first major challenges to Roe since Senate Republicans rushed to confirm Justice Amy Coney Barrett in October, swinging the balance of the Court.
Let's be clear: Reproductive choice is good for Colorado families and families across the country. Roe v. Wade is a matter of freedom and is supported by the overwhelming majority of Americans.
That's why Jason will never stop fighting to uphold and expand reproductive rights.
Women must be able to make healthcare decisions that are best for them and their families. At this moment, it's important to elect more pro-choice Democratic lawmakers to fight alongside Jason. No matter what happens at the judicial level, we need pro-choice champions in Congress.
Reaffirm your support for Roe v. Wade. Sign on now to commit to electing pro-choice Democrats to Congress and protecting reproductive rights.
Thank you,
Team Crow
