John,

Thank you for being an important part of TFN’s grassroots movement. Our work is only possible because of dedicated activists across the state -- activists like you! As we enter the final two weeks of the 87th Legislative Session at the Texas Capitol, everything is on the line.

You’ve been our partner through the pandemic, the winter storm and this session. We need you, once again, to stand strong and show the power of our movement for equality and social justice. Sign our pledge today to let us know you’re with us. When you do, we'll send you this free bumper sticker so you can display your support in whatever way means the most to you.

Together, we’ve fought against the right’s all-out assault on democracy at the Capitol. We’ve been on the front lines advocating for the issues that matter most to you and our grassroots network.

Gov. Abbott, Lt. Gov Dan Patrick and their cronies are doing everything they can to make 2021 look like 1951. Extremists have introduced close to 50 bills that will make it harder for Texans -- especially young people, people with disabilities and people of color -- to vote! They’re pushing more than 30 bills to ban abortion and shame anyone who seeks this care. They’ve also filed more than two dozen anti-LGBTQ bills, including some that would allow individuals and business to use religion as a license to discriminate.

TFN is fighting back with all we have.

Please join us once again and make sure the policymakers know that We Are the Movement and we can’t be stopped.

In the fight

Val Benavidez
TFN President
