The YallaCountMeIn campaign has released new materials that you can find online at this link. Some of the materials include:
Census and Security– Many folks are concerned with sharing their personal information and how it could be used. This flyer informs people of their rights to privacy and protections in both the paper and online Census response.
What is Disinformation? – This flyer distinguishes between disinformation and misinformation. It verifies truths about the Census, such as the Census deadline and the reliability of the online response option. This two-pager also includes visual step-by-step instructions to report disinformation on Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, and Instagram.
2020 Census: Responding Online– This easy-to-read one pager answers all the basic questions about the new online Census response method.
Please feel free to share these resources widely so that our communities are well-informed about various aspects of the 2020 Census!
All our materials can be found on yallacountmein.org alongside our pledge (fill it out here) to participate and promote a fair and accurate 2020 Census count!
