Send a message to your members of Congress and tell them to support the EACH Act!

John—

For decades, abortion coverage bans like the Hyde Amendment have kept pregnant people — especially Black, Indigenous, and other women of color, transgender and non-binary people, and those with low incomes — from accessing the care they need.

With a slim Democratic majority in the House and a split Senate, we have a small window of opportunity to push forward legislation that would ensure abortion care is accessible to every body — no matter where someone lives or how much money they make.

Now is the time to act. Contact your members of Congress now and urge them to help remove barriers to abortion care — including the Hyde Amendment — by cosponsoring the EACH Act!

The Equal Access to Abortion Coverage in Health Insurance (EACH) Act would guarantee coverage of abortion care and end bans on abortion coverage like the Hyde Amendment. This would lift massive barriers to abortion care — bringing us one step closer to breaking down inequities in abortion access.

Even though abortion is still legal in all 50 states, the right to abortion care means nothing without access and coverage. That’s why we must pass the EACH Act to end abortion coverage bans that are designed to push needed care out of reach for those who are already burdened by multiple systemic barriers to care.

Help expand abortion access before our window of opportunity closes, John. Send a message to your members of Congress today and urge them to cosponsor the EACH Act!

Thanks for all you do,
