Remember, those who join our youth organizing programs for the 2021-2022 school year are part of a group of 130 youth activists aged 14-24 who receive training, support, and stipends to organize for reproductive justice in their community. Those accepted will receive in-depth training at our virtual Youth Activist Institute in September, and then begin a life-changing experience networking with youth activists and building organizing skills.
In solidarity,
The Youth Organizing Team at Advocates for Youth
P.S. - if you're not ages 14-24, can you forward this email to someone you think would be a good fit? Or to an organization who works with young people? We need everyone to do their part to help us build this incredible group!
Plus, we find that most of the people we accept were told to apply by a trusted adult, mentor or friend. So send this to someone you think is a rising star today.
