Tonight, Elizabeth will take on Justin Trudeau at the debate.
She’ll press him for details on his climate plan, fact-check his promises and present him with the science. I’m really going to enjoy watching her hold his feet to the fire.
This debate is so important. While Trudeau and the others will be reciting their rehearsed talking points, we can count on Elizabeth—the most experienced leader on stage—to take charge and keep the focus on what matters most: climate action and a secure future for us all.
Trust me, tonight will go down in history.
Tonight will be a small glimpse into what’s possible after October—a Parliament where Greens hold the balance of power and Elizabeth keeps Trudeau on target for real climate action (and accountable to his own promises).
And after tonight, hundreds of thousands of Canadians will look to the Greens with new eyes and excitement. They’ll be ready to elect a team of Green MPs to join Elizabeth. I need your help to give voters the information they need to vote their values.
