In 2018, I flipped my district MN-02 from red to blue! Despite this win, my district has a Cook Partisan Index score of Even, so Republican groups like the NRCC are raising a lot of money to spend against me next year. 

But here’s the thing — if we’re going to keep delivering legislation like the American Rescue Plan and the Equality Act, then Future Forum Democrats like me need to hang onto our seats and keep Democrats in the majority.

In 2020, I held my seat by just two percentage points. Now, we’ve just gotten word that my Republican opponent from 2020 is coming back to try to defeat me again in 2022. And like clockwork, GOP Super PACs are already pouring massive amounts of money into our district in an attempt to defeat me.
