At the MLFA, we condemn the violence against Palestinians in the Gaza Strip, particularly the Sheikh Jarrah neighborhood, in Jerusalem.
As advocates for human rights we cannot and must not stand silent while Palestinians are being attacked, wounded, and killed. At the time of this email, we know more than 113 Palestinians have lost their lives. This must not continue.
Palestinians have endured relentless violence at the hands of Israeli occupying forces. Currently the focus of the violence is the sacred site of Al-Aqsa, where hostilities continue despite the entreaties of the U.S. Government.
We refuse to stand silent while this violence continues, and we encourage all of you to join with us as we support
rallies organized in support of our Palestinian brothers and sisters.
