Before I tell you a little more about myself, will you take two minutes to let me know what your top priorities are?
As a State Representative in the Ohio General Assembly, I've been a strong advocate for economic strategies that sustain working families, affordable and accessible healthcare, quality early childhood education and care, and strong public education. Recently, I introduced legislation aimed at stamping out corruption running rampant in Ohio.
I've spent over two decades advising leaders and federal policymakers on how to better provide efficient and affordable healthcare to seniors, veterans, and military families. As a former military spouse, I am deeply committed to public service and Ohio’s 15th congressional district, volunteering my time to many local organizations serving our community and youth.
Ohio needs an economy that values working people and our families. It’s about moving forward. We need to invest in jobs that can’t be outsourced, like clean energy and advanced manufacturing. And, we need to look out for each other by providing paid leave and affordable child care.
That’s why I’m running for Congress — I will work for you and an economy that works for all of us.
