Cancel culture on college campuses...
Dear John,
Radical, nonsensical cancel culture is sweeping across our college campuses.
It is preventing conservative ideas and opinions from being discussed in the classroom. The professors are in on it. The faculty is in on it.
Radical liberals want to silence conservative voices and they'll try to cancel anyone who stands in their way.
Cancel culture is a threat to our society, it's a threat to our freedom of speech, and it's a threat to our conservative principles.
We can't afford to stand by and let it run rampant.
Last month, I spent the night with the College Republicans at the University of Minnesota-Duluth. I was energized by their rejection of cancel culture on their campus.
My conversations with them were enjoyable and enlightening. They give me great optimism for our future!
I'm proud to stand with you and to stand up to the extreme cancel culture crowd who want to attack our way of life.
