If Congress passes the George Floyd Justice in Policing Act we could:

* Ban chokeholds;
* Ban no-knock warrants;
* Prohibit racial, religious, and discriminatory police profiling;
* Create accountability and end qualified immunity;
* And so much more.

Across the country people agree: we need to enact real, comprehensive change in our police system to end police brutality and improve police-community relations -- and we need to do it now.

The George Floyd Justice in Policing Act is the first step toward ending the systemic racism that too often infects our justice system. Too many Black and brown Americans have died at the hands of police, and Democrats in the House have taken the first step toward ending police brutality. Now, it's time for the Senate to act.

This legislation sets the standard for policing that will save lives.

We need to make our voices heard so the Senate understands how urgently they must act. Add your name to join us in calling on the Senate to get to work and pass the George Floyd Justice in Policing Act.
