Yesterday, we announced our goal to have 1,000 grassroots supporters chip in to Val’s campaign before midnight tomorrow — and while we’re encouraged by the response so far, we still need 539 more supporters to step up to help meet our goal.

We’ve set a grassroots donor goal this month because the number of supporters we have is just as important to us as the amount we raise. Our campaign is powered by grassroots supporters just like you, pitching in what they can when they can.

The number of you who join our campaign is especially important to Val because she wants to build a coalition that brings the voices of as many people as possible to the U.S. Senate, where she’ll fight for the change that matters most — like creating good-paying union jobs, protecting our climate, and leveling the playing field for workers and families.

But this is already one of the most competitive races in our country’s history — so if Val is going to make it to the U.S. Senate, it’s crucial that we meet our mid-month goal to keep building our grassroots team. That’s why we’re asking:
