FITNESS CLASSES RETURN FROM MONDAY! ๐Ÿ™Œ

Fitness classes are back

200 live fitness classes including aqua, group cycling classes AND social tennis restart from next week and there's two important things you NEED to know!ย ๐Ÿ™Œ

1.ย ย All classes must be pre-booked and paid for in advance:

either via our Active Nottingham app, or online, and will take place at Clifton, Djanogly, Harvey Hadden, Ken Martin, Southglade and Victoria Leisure Centres.

WHAT IS PLAY FAIR?

DO YOU PLAY FAIR WHEN BOOKING?

Bookings have been mandatory on all our activities since July 2020 and we're now making cancellations mandatory* too fromย  MONDAYย 17 MAY 2021!

This will ensure that classes and sessions that are already running at reduced numbers for Covid-19 safety, are also fully attended, meaning everyone can get the most from their membership.

PLAY FAIR - WHAT YOU NEED TO REMEMBER

Play Fair


1. Cancel your booking at least 3 hours before the start time, either via our app, by logging in to your account atย www.activenottingham.com, or by calling 0115 8761600.

2.ย  Make sure you swipe in at site for every session as this records your attendance.

3. Only book what you know you can attend.

If you fail to do this, a small Play Fair charge will be added to your account and any future bookings will be full price until the charge on your account is cleared.

The good news is, we're playing fair too, to make sure you can, by introducing a short grace period, to help you get used to the changes. So you'll receive an email reminder if you miss a session, or didn't cancel in time, but for now, we'll be waiving the fee and you won't be charged.

Our new Play Fairย Policy will mean that customers on waiting lists are more likely to get a space so.....ย ๐Ÿ“‹

1.ย Be prepared!ย ย by having your swim//gym/class kit packed and ready to go!

2. Add our Sport and Leisure email address to your safe contacts so the available space alerts don't go to junk!

3.Remember it's "fastest-finger-first"ย but you will keep regularly receiving our spaces email until all free slots are rebooked.

If you've not been to see us recently, make sure that you unfreeze your membership account, by giving us a call on 0115 8761600,ย  if you have one, AND check that your Active Nottingham account log on and password still work.

When you book...

straight fromย our app, oh! and add reminders too!

2. ๐—•๐—˜ ๐—ฃ๐—ฅ๐—˜๐—ฃ๐—”๐—ฅ๐—˜๐—— by having your swim/gym/class kit packed and ready to go, so if you are running late, you're ready! ๐ŸŽ’

3. Remember ๐—ข๐—ก๐—Ÿ๐—ฌ ๐—•๐—ข๐—ข๐—ž what you know you can attend.

WHAT TO DO IF YOU DO RECEIVE A CHARGE?

DON'T WORRY

At first the short grace period will mean you'll only receive an email notification and you won't be charged.

When the policy is fully implemented we will understand that, on occasion, there will be unforeseen reasons why you're unable to make a session, or to cancel on time, so where this happens you should advise us at the earliest opportunity and we will take emergency situations into account.ย
