Philadelphia, and honestly, I’m nervous.

We’re fighting to re-elect Larry Krasner, who in the last 4 years has
proven he will fight to end mass incarceration of Black and brown people,
hold violent police accountable, and free wrongfully convicted people.

But his opponent is going all out to smear him and take away his votes,
alongside the Fraternal Order of Police.

John, these 4 days are our final chance to make sure Larry
Krasner can keep transforming Philly’s criminal justice system for
Philly's Black and brown communities.

We need to call, text, and canvass THOUSANDS of voters, and to do that we

Larry Krasner’s opponent is supported by the Fraternal Order of Police and
the Protect Our Police PAC, and they are going all out. They have
literally told their members to switch from Republican to Democrat, just
so they can vote against Krasner in the primary.^1 They are running TV
attack ads against Larry Krasner, and they even pulled a cheap stunt
giving out ice cream outside of his office.^2

We cannot afford to let a candidate backed by the FOP win-- Philadelphia's
Fraternal Order of Police has called Black Lives Matter protestors “rabid
animals”.^3 They have sued the city to stop them from compiling a list of
corrupt cops. And they oppose ALL efforts to end mass incarceration of
Black and brown people.^4

If we re-elect Larry Krasner, we can not only keep up our momentum towards
real justice in Philly, but across the country. District Attorneys like
Krasner are a model for others to follow, a model that proves we do not
need this racist, violent justice system to keep us safe.

It’s time for Philly voters, not Philly police, to decide the future of
