Hey John — it’s Gisele! ❤️

I’m back with some updates from the road. As our campaign keeps growing, I will try my best to keep you updated every step of the way (and if you can kick in a few bucks today to help us keep growing, I’d be so incredibly grateful).

Last weekend, John and I got in the car and took a road trip to Pennsylvania’s beautiful Schuylkill and Lebanon Counties.

Our mission? Support some terrific local Democratic candidates ahead of Pennsylvania’s statewide elections on May 18 and (safely) catch up with vaccinated friends.

The kids and Levi stayed home in Braddock for this trip. That meant I had to spend allllllllllll day with João. 🙄

When we’re on the road together, I control the radio and João does all the driving. I also make him stop for rainbows and at every rest stop for snack refills (Funyuns, Bueno bars).

This time, I gave John some radio responsibilities because I am a sweetheart. We ended up listening to a lot of his favorite hard rock: Led Zeppelin, Def Leppard, and Pink Floyd. I posted some of his beautiful singing on Instagram. 😂 I wish you could hear his angelic voice. Here he is mid-note:

John, our road trip to Schuylkill and Lebanon Counties is just the beginning.

Our campaign will keep growing as more people get vaccinated and as we keep spreading the word about John's proven track-record. Eventually, we’ll get to a point where we’re hosting events across the Commonwealth with organizers and volunteers on the ground in all 67 counties.

In order to get there, though, we’re honestly relying on support from people like you who read me and John’s emails (like this one!). To be completely upfront with you, John and I email you this often because this is a true grassroots campaign funded by real people — no corporate PACs or shady special interests.
