Great news, John!

Last night, DFLers in the Minnesota House voted to not only legalize recreational cannabis use for adults over the age of 21 but also to expunge most past cannabis possession convictions.

Our current cannabis laws are doing much more harm than good, specifically in communities of color where they have been disproportionately enforced. Legalization will provide health, economic, criminal justice, and civil rights benefits in communities across the state.

A majority of Minnesotans agree: it’s time to legalize, regulate, and expunge. Now, we need to make sure the Senate GOP hears our voices loud and clear.
